From farmer to innkeeper "local, regional, seasonal"
Until the end of September 2021 we managed a leased farm in our beautiful mountain village of Sankt Antönien.
Since it has always been a mutual wish to own something of our own, we decided to change careers. The opportunity arose to buy this hotel, which had been closed for years, and breathe new life into it. We accepted this challenge with joy and respect.
It is important to us to source as many products as possible from the region in order to secure jobs in our mountain valley, promote companies and, if necessary, create jobs. We also want to work with local employees wherever possible in order to bring you closer to Prättigau hospitality.
Since we are not trained restaurateurs, we want to focus on overnight stays with half board.
